By creating an account and starting a trial you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Coach Anvil.
Coach Anvil is an AI-powered personal fitness coaching application that generates training plans, provides coaching advice, and integrates with third-party health and fitness platforms. Coaching content is informational only — it is not medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any new exercise programme.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers with a valid payment method on file. Your card is charged on the first day after the trial ends unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion. All prices are in USD; taxes may apply depending on your location.
You may not: share your account credentials; use the service to train commercial models without written consent; attempt to circumvent rate limits, entitlement checks, or access controls; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of data you upload (health metrics, DNA data, workout logs). You grant Coach Anvil a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data.
The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that AI-generated plans are medically appropriate for your situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established.
